On aug 21st I received a text stating my payment didn't go through. The payment was on the 13th. So it took a week to let us know it bounced. However when looking at my account I had one auto payment failed, one payment cleared, and then one time reversal credit all the same day Aug 13. We can't afford to pay 2 bills at the same time. Also when I contacted the call center the first person I spoke with I don't know her name, was extremely argumentative and I heard her trashing me in the background when I was on the line to someone else. I asked her to stop arguing which she replied im not arguing. Thats arguing. Then I had to ask 5 times to get a supervisor. At one point she came back to the line and asked how much refund did I want. Well all of it if it is my choice? I finally did get sharp and told her flat out I don't want to speak to her any longer. She finally put Anthony on the line and once on the line I heard the girl id been speaking to laughing and trash talking to her team members. Very unprofessional. Very stressful. I struggle everyday to even be able to make calls and have to face people, and this had me in tears. Then I I tried to speak with Patrick via chat but was informed I had to call. Then spoke to a different Patrick who was no help. I mentioned since no resolution is being met or offered, I would have to consider canceling. The bill is to high. He said ok I can process that for you. Well I know that but since when did att customer service decline to the point of being ok losing a customer ? And I've had internet with you all since I believe 2018. Never had a missed payment. Never late. Never had any issues at all until being forced to switch to internet air service instead. Now we have had multiple issues with billing. Never once in like 7 years has there been any problem. By the time I got off the phone with Patrick yesterday, I was literally in tears. We need the service, I don't want to switch or cancel, I felt unheard and brushed off, and I hate being made fun of.
