so, INSTACART duzn't want biz from a blind 75+ year old 'BLINDEY', hu can't drive 2 a liquor store 2 get her BEER, hu is stone sober wen i called & tried the on line ordering crap & hu wants 2 buy 4 12 paks of 'bud regular' 2 LAST ME A MONTH - they won't take my card number over the fone but hundreds of biz'z DO exactly that - i just spent mor than a half hour trying 2 DO the order on line, & THEN called INSTACART 2 do it by fone wen that repetedly failed - coodn't even GET 2 putting in the damd car number - even telling 'her' that i'm legally blind, so i can't 'just' jump in the car like SHE probably can, & drive 2 a liquor store - trust me, i WOOD IF I COOD - being blind is the NIU BLAK HU THEY CAN DISCRIMINATE AGAINST - they want me to 'register' the card & 'THEN call bak 2 place the order - STUPID - STUPID - NAIVE - IDIOTIC - MORONIC - oh, but then it's in STONE they want me 2 register the card on line ??? as if THAT can't b hakd ????? card companys change the last 4 numbers every now & then, so that is soooo stupid TO, WAT, 'RE-REGISTER THE NIU CARD number ON LINE, AGAIN ????? - so i screeeeeemd at her for about a half an hour - no budj, & she didn't hang up, until i finaly did, SO HER TIME WAS WASTED - EXPLAIN THAT 2 HER BOSS & CORPORAT - i gave all the logic i cood think of - they claim it's for my 'security' - i hate that excuse, becuz it's NOT true - u noe it's not that - yes, i noe how 2 spel, but 'short spel' is quicker & it's fonetic, so hu-ever reeds this shood b able 2 get the point - CHANGE THE STUPID POLICY & TAKE A BLIND CUSTOMERS' NUMBER OVER THE FONE, U STUPID IDIOT DERANGED SELFISH DRIVING PERSON{S} DECISION MAKERS !!!!!
