Purchased an order for pants which was to be delivered to Kohls between March 21,2025 and March 24 2025. I was to be notified by email when to be picked up. I starting call on March 21, 22: and 24. Was told not in yet but would be notified. Call on the 25 and told that it was there. Being I’m an amputee I had my caregiver go to pick it up on the 26th of March. Only to be told it was put back and they had no way of finding out what it was. I had an engagement to go to and now have NO pants. I am very disappointed with this Kohls o Staten Island. This isn’t the first time I have ordered and received wrong items,no items or broken china multiply times. Sorry to say I won’t be doing business with them anymore. Very disappointed
