I stopped going to the Sonic for a long time & today they once again failed. My mom wanted a #1 combo so I went to get it which she literally lives right around the corner. She said she didn't eat most of it cause the burger & tots were cold. This is ridiculous! She worked for the Sonic in Texas & Oklahoma for 45 years & would never let a tray go out like that. The food isn't good & the service is lousy. Managers & employees need more training. There's 2 in Paris Texas & they aren't worth anyone's hard earned money. Wasn't a good idea to take handrolled onion rings away. Wasn't a good idea to take the trash cans away outside. I will NOT be back again.
