I've been getting help through marketplace in getting health insurance. I've gotten cateracts so bad,I think I've become blind in one eye. For the last several weeks it feels like I've played tug of war chatting with united healthcare over where and how and how much I will have to pay for getting the surgery,I've went to wrong eye clinics that had been referred by primary doctor,had exam done by doctor that was on the list,but found out the facility to do surgery isn't,what a mess. Today found surgeon and clinic in the list and with attached screenshot,my copay $.good thing I rechecked,my pay is 15%,I simply don't have it,and almost sure I won't,I don't have a job,I can't see.ive been praying for help,as far as I know,I will be able use this service,see attachment. If I could have this surgery,I could use this service and getting a job,I am sick of being broke. The most aggravating thing to me,I accepted food stamps and welfare get my kids back into their own home. I could be totally wrong and out of sync on this,but isn't marketplace and our government footing this bill for me have good insurance,1400$ a month to pay for such needs??I have personally never in my life heard of suchhi pricing for insurance,why the hell isn't my coverage paying for this.sorry about getting pissed.thank you for your time
