On 4/28/2024, I placed an order on the mobile ass for curb side pick up. I ordered a Medium Hazelnut Iced Coffee. I parked in the assigned parking, before I placed my order. My order was confirmed at 10:27am. I sat in my car waiting and no one ever came out with my order. My friend, who was driving, placed an order as well at the same time as I did mine. Her order was received in about 5 minutes or less of placing her order. At about 10:50am I went inside to see why my order was never brought out, and their response was "We are out of Hazelnut flavor". They obviously had no intention to come out to inform me or to offer me another choice even tho I had already been charged for the hazelnut nut ice coffee.
