This is my second experience with rude, indifferent behavior within a week. I want to talk about today's visit. I made a special trip to get a Whooper. At the ordering station you have a list of contents that one can get in the Whooper. I decided to use it because I can't eat and don't like everything. It has been awhile sice I went to a Burger King. So I read off to the African American male what I would like with my Whopper. That didn't satisfy him. I had to go through the list and tell him what I didn't want. So, I came home without an item that I always get - onions. When I called back, a woman answered the phone and said that she had heard the transaction and that there was nothing that she could do about it - no apology, no offer of one made as I asked for, etc. This was the second time in two weeks that this particular male had been rude to me. It's no wonder why you have a reputation for poor service. I haven't had a Whopper in a long time and was looking forward to this one. I had your special one last week and didn't care for it so I didn't order that one this time. I'd like a coupon for a free Whopper. My address is 1133 Thompson Street, Jersey Shore PA 17740. There is no excuse for rudeness. I worked with the public my entire working life.
