I have been trying to have a fraudulent account opened in my husbands name taken off our account for over a year. Recently received a email saying it was closed in May but the balance still remains on our account. We are unable to add any new lines to our family account which we have had for many years . Can’t seem to find anyone that we’ll help us with this. After multiple complaints I don’t even know what to do now to get this resolved.
