I ordered tires on Walmart .com and prepaid and set up appointment at the Conroe Walmart on 336 for 9:00 am 12/19/2024 to have new tires installed and I received numerous text and email saying my tires were at store and I also set up for oil change after tires were to be installed so tires were from 9 -10 am oil change 10-11 am well when I got there they took it in for oil change first and then moved to next stall to do tires that was about 9:30 I didn’t care which was first just wanted before th done .So as I sat there till about 11:40 and I looked out there and my truck was still setting there untouched for over an hour I asked the lady at the counter why aren’t they working on my tires and she said go out and ask them so I did and no one wanted to talk with me so finally I yelled at one of the guys what’s the hold up I been here 3 hours and no one is working on my truck and I had an appointment for 3 days and he said he didn’t know and walked off I ask him who was in charge and he told to talk with lady inside so I went back in and she said she didn’t have a clue I needed to talk o the guys . So I went back out there and had to yell again to get someone attention finally a guy ask me what I wanted and I ask him how long was it was going to be he said he did not have a clue he was working on a different car so I am him to bring me my keys so he backed my truck outside and brought me my keys and I went inside and told the lady I gave been here 3-1/2 hours and I just want to pay for oil change and need a refund for tires will go somewhere else. She told me since I paid for tires on line I had to ask them for refund so I went on line and requested a refund and it gave me a bar code for them to verify I did not receive tires but she didn’t know what to do and told me to go back outside to guys to figure out what to do well they didn’t know either and told me to go to customer service at front of store so I do and I wait in line to get my turn and they tell me they need to call automotive to verify I didn’t get tires and after they were on hold about 10 minutes they told me they couldn’t wait they were to busy that I needed to back and ask for man of that department so I go back now I been there 4 hours and I finally get automotive manager and he tells guy go see if tires are there and he looks with 2 other guys for about 25 minutes and they finally found them in back storage room and he finally got someone to scan bar code so I could get refund and I am glad I left no telling how long I would have been there so much for an appointment. Worst customer service ever and by the way there were 3 other elderly customers waiting that were furious as well . So one needs to fix this problem it is unacceptable and I will never go there to automotive department again
