This is the third time I've had a bad experience at Walmart store on Southern Ave in Tempe, AZ 85282 which has impacted me financially, specifically at the Money Center. I purchased a money order and tried to cash/refund the blank money order with my original receipt. It was declined. The 2nd time I called Customer Service and complained to no avail. Doris was no help and has no customer service skills. I had to cash the second money order at check cashing store. I was charged $90. The third time (which was today), I paid $60 to cash a Walmart money order. Total loss $150 for a Walmart money order that I should have only paid $8 to cash.
