While visiting Jack in the box today, Wich is 09/26/2024. I was really displeased with the customer service I received. I went through the drive thru, my order number is #138 the store number is #4806. The lady that took my order was very rude and trying to rush me to order, because I told her she was rude. I then asked her was she the manger? she replied yes! I placed my order and told her that I was reporting her to corporate office, she said ok and told me my total. The way the exsperence played out demonstrated to me, a lack of training when it comes to customer service. I feel as a manger she should be on top of her game and demonstrating to ones who work under her how to treat the customer. Im not in no way saying the customer is always right, but what I am saying is why be rude especially when no one is being rude to you.
