Pubic hairs imbedded in the body towels and long hair's in the bed Plaster with caulking flaking on the vinyl flooring from damaged bathroom door which resulted in repetitive sweeping for nine days/nights Black mold growing in the tub faucet handle and other areas of the tub upon check in for nine days/nights Large nail exposed near the toilet which scratched my arm when getting toilet paper for nine days/nights Rust present on the bathroom walls for nine days/nights Loud screaming and altercations with staff from disgruntled customer's which prevented sleep for six days/nights The septic is sluggish with foul odor that lingered in the unit 107 for nine days/nights The coffee maker was defective and replaced The guest had to book some where else instead of reserving more night after the scheduled nine days/nights were concluded The guest is requesting a full refund upon charged credit card or free nine night stay accomodation when the guest is ready to reserve at any Red Roof Inn indeed.
