Made a purchase 3 weeks ago, and two weeks ago at the same family dollar store. Was told at the time of my second purchase, two weeks ago, that the store would be closing and a dollar tree would take its place sometime in October not sure when, probably mid to end of October. This was started by the cashier. Yesterday I visited the store to make a return, and saw the store sign that said closing and everything was 30% off. Told the cashier I had a return and sure said no returns, all sales are final. I said no, I made my purchase prior to this and I had my receipts and the manager told me quite rudely that they will not do a return regardless of when the purchase was made. Again I said no that's not the policy on my receipt and she said her boss Sue said returns are not being made. What a bunch of BS.
