Hello, location at 2490 Post Rd. in Indianapolis, on Feb. 5, 2025. My order consist of a Super Slam that cost $10.00. My plate of Pancakes was in front of me, the other plate was on the side of me. Well after taking a couple bits of pancakes, reaching for a bit of eggs, I discovered a piece of hair under the eggs as I cut with a fork, I put the fork down and waited until I got the waiters attention. I told her that I saw a piece of hair, then I went through the food with the fork until I saw it, again then I spoke up and said here it is , she watched me pull it out from underneath the eggs. She offered to remake the food, I said yes, and to make sure it was fresh and hot. Well she was back with my food in less than five minutes. It was not hot, so I ask for the manager. This lady was rude and nasty and told me that they only give back 10%. She also said the hair was blond, but it was black and gray. I spoke up and said that I saw her walk back and forth into the kitchen from where I was sitting. The lady said, well I didn't cook. My receipt gave a Promos of 1.90. I am 69 yrs. old, Why would I take my hair and hide it under my food. I am a woman of God, and I should be refunded . The people sitting behind me, said they had to remake their food and put it in a carryout, hair was in their food too.
