I am extremely disappointed in the service we got at your Edmonton West-end store. We went back to your store because your employee told us our furniture would arrive May 20,2022. It did not arrive until a month later because my son complained. We moved to a condo and needed furniture to sit on. The employee also told us if we bought the expensive insurance it would be Covered for absolutely everything including scratches in the fabric. We now have some scratches we need fixed. And am told it does not cover that. We paid nearly $800 for this service only to find out it doesn’t. We are not sure if we will ever purchase from you or recommend any of our friends to purchase there.
