fist, I went down for breakfast and they had no eggs, creamer, cream cheese not sure what else that's what I was looking for. Apparently they hadn't gotten their food order in for some time. Second,when I got there I was informed that I had to pay a 10.00 parking fee. I have been using Wyndham for over 15 years never had to pay for parking. Third issue, I was told 123.00 TOTAL for my stay, including taxes etc. a couple of the workers there were rude and very unfriendly, when checking out they usually ask if i want a copy of my bill, the person behind the desk. a Black woman didn't even look at me just mumbled something so I didn't even ask for a copy. I checked my e mail just today and realised they charged me $195.00! I called the Wyndham customer service and was told I had to call the microtel i stayed at that they did not handle complaints, WHAT??
