I purchased 20 hardcover books. Charlotte's Web. I received 10 paperbacks. I did was I was told and returned them My replacements came today and again they were paperbacks. Customer service said they had no way to just send me the correct books but they gave me a 25.00 coupon so it would cost the same. Yesterday those books were selling for 6.48 each. I originally bought them for 4.50. Today those books are up to 8.49. So instead of getting them for the original price as I was told. I had to pay over 20.00 extra. False advertising and Bait and Switch. I'm disgusted. Original order number 2000118-72257828
