Old debit card number was on the Macy’s app and they still charged my  card  which was declined because the card was terminated months ago.  (My mistake) I receive a new charge to my account ( New Debit card ) for half the order.  Call customer services several times to see how this is possible and to get an update on my order because hey you did charge my new card same account.  They tell me I don’t have an order and have to wait till the charges drop or contact my bank. I was told that the only way I could be charged for something is if I give my information and I NEVER GAVE THEM MY NEW CARD NUMBER    Customer service is absolutely impossible to deal with
