I am a loyal customer for 30 years of puma foot wear, I have purchased a pair of low tops that had colts in the soles of the puma shoe . It has rubbbed off the first time I had used a wet wash cloth to was off the shoe as there was not much on the shoe . This is a daily routine I do .. water an a wet wash cloth should not take off the colt that was on the sole I paid a lot money for theses shoes an it seems the color would of stayed in the sole of the shoe . There was no chemical used to hard pressure no worn out door these where brand new shoes., all of my Luka shoes up to date that I have bought had not ever done this plus wasted my money on the shoes if I had known it not lasted for at least a year . The blue a pink sole color should not rubbed off the sole . I will with being contacted back want my money back or a new pair of shoes free I will not buy any more puma shoes that have color in the sole .
