First one is I paid for 3 nights and was charged $194.18. I then was going to get another 3 night stay a few weeks later and was quoted $204.68. The very next day I asked for a quote again for a 3 night stay and I was quoted $356.00. That's 3 different prices from 3 different employees for the same number of days. My second complaint is I'm a disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD. I checked out of my room before 11. My son told me to wait at the motel and he would pay for a few more nights. I have no place to go right now so I left my belongings up against the wall out of everyone's way. The next morning I came back because my son was still trying to get the room. I was told by the manager that I had to get my belongings out of the building in 30 minutes. He continued to say it multiple times. As he kept saying it I was starting to think about suicide. Every time he saw me he brought it up and he kept saying that he thought my son was coming to pay for a room. He kept saying that even though I informed him that my son lives in Utah. Finally at 5:30 I was texting with my son's mother about picking me up. He then proceeded to tell me that I had until sundown to be off the property. At that point I texted my son's mother that I was going to end my life. She ended up paying for a room so I could get out of the cold. When my son's mother was trying to reserve a room she asked him to please send her a credit card authorization form. Instead of doing it right away he told her to go through 3rd party. She did. She got the room. Then he proceeded to tell her that there was a $100 deposit. She told him that 3rd party said no deposit. She paid the deposit. As he gave me my door key he once again brought up about leaving the premasis. This manager needs to be trained in customer service. He also asked me why I brought everything I did. That is not any concern of his. He has no right to ask a customer why they brought what they did. I know nothing will be done about this manager but he is setting this company up for a lawsuit.
