Greetings! Just want to report about Facebook Company if there are ways I could just raise my voice just to be heard with their platform and META that is not working well. I'd been using Facebook since 2008 and everything was fine at first. While getting involved in some groups and discussions as the Facebook community grows, there's something that needs to be improved in their platform or should we say their services. Sometimes while using Facebook in engaging group discussions, I found out that most of my posts were against community standards. At first, it didn't mean a lot since sometimes errors or bugs may be as I thought about it. Then eventually my account was banned permanently without even an appeal. I ask them several times to restore my account and perhaps a mistake. But they didn't hear me out. So much effort but it was all wasted, so I decided to at least download all the data that was stored on my account, and since Facebook provided a download link I could get it back. But unfortunately, not all the data I store in Messenger using my account where passwords, user accounts, important messages, and some others that were supposed to be my personal storage that I trust Facebook will take care of it. But it wasn't there. So, I'm hoping if they can't get my account back to Facebook, I just hope my data that was stored will remain intact and I can get it back. Could someone please help me with this? I need it badly.
