I’ve been with USAA for 20 years and I’m treated like I don’t belong in this bank. Every time I receive my deposit and use my debit card this bank locks my account up for suspicious activity and them refuses to even speak to me. I have gone for over a week without access to my money and buying food to survive. A person can starve in that time and this bank would not do anything to help bc I can’t remember a password or have a different number. I HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT FOR 3 weeks my family is starving im this country!!!!! Why???? If I survive I will see this bank will not!!!!!
