I should not have to listen to Anti-Semitic Comments by Best Buy staff in the Eagan Store.
There is a total lack of leadership in the Eagan Store.
Yesterday, Eddie, an employee in the Eagan store, politely & discretely, such down the offensive comments. He apologized and provided me with a $35.00 Customer Gift Card for the comments I was subjected to.
Eddie should be on the fast track to Management. He has conflict resolution skills, treats customers with respect and is very knowledgeable.
I should not have to drive to the Lyndale Store in Mpls, for professional service. Christine, the Best Buy Manager of the Lyndale store runs a tight ship and her staff always behave in a professional manner.
I am a retired trauma Nurse and am stunned by the lack of the professional behavior by the store manager.
You need to send Best Buy staff to shop and evaluate store staff.
