I eat at your establishment quite frequently but very rarely for breakfast. This Sunday morning I decided to go to town and get breakfast at Jack-in the-box. The loaded breakfast looked good and the price was ok, $3.99. That is what I ordered. When I got to the window and she asked for $5.40 I didn't think it about it that much till she brought the sack. She confirmed sandwich only. I had to ask for a receipt. When I got the receipt I asked her why does the menu say $3.99 and you charged me $4.99. She wasn't very kind about it but we went outside and looked, she said something like "well prices go up", I'll take care of it, then shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes and said do you want the difference back. I just said no, I thought you might want to know. She once again said I will take care of it and walked off. I thought maybe a thank you, or were sorry would be kind of nice, maybe? I understand mistakes are made, but I would appreciate if if you make a mistake you don't treat me like I'm the one that did? I have a picture of the receipt and the menu board with the same date and location if you are interested. It is at 300 SW Wilshire, Burleson TX. 76028. If you would like I can email them or if you don't believe me I guess I can post it on Facebook and X. Please at least let me know how you feel about this experience. Also I would not like to see ANYONE loose there job over this! Maybe just refresh their memory that they need to treat the customer with respect when you know they are right. Thank You.,
