It's so frustrating that AT&T continues to raise prices without telling it's customers

It's so frustrating that AT&T continues to raise prices without telling it's customers. We get promo or teaser rates, but then they randomly expire and the bill goes up. Then we need to threaten to cancel for them to go down. It's awful and yet there's no other options to switch to.
