It's been over 60 Days and still can't get a resolution for my repairs on my Treadmill, please don't purchase the nosweat warranty at Dick's Sporting Goods are you will defiantly be disappointed with no resolutions as you will have to call the back, over and over again. I called Asurion numerous of time and been promised a callback when management have made a decision of what to do. They never call back as promised or follow-up with you. The best thing to do is file a claim with the BBB. Their customer service reps are out of the USA so don't bother with trying to get a callback or email as they will tell you. Really hate the situation I'm in with Asurion No-Sweat Dick's Sporting Goods.
