Absolutely appalling service and total incompetence from this company in Spain. No effort made to deliver to the recipient. Website useless and hard to navigate to trace an international shipment because of time limited code verification. There was never any attempt made to deliver important documents to the home address they were given. Instead I had to drive miles to several petrol station collection points, on different days, checking with wrong waybill numbers. I was eventually helped by a DHL manager in the UK (where my package originated), but not by any DHL employee or partner in Spain. I would never, ever use this company. SEUR is better, Amazon is best.
