If I had the option to give no stars I would. I switched to t-mobile in December and the agent told me if I switched my daughters line too,l would get a 3rd line free along with the free iPhone 16 she also had to give in her iPhone 15 which was in excellent condition.The first 2 months were a little high but I figured it’s new and it wasn’t outrageous so I paid 395 in 2 months the next months the bill jumped up to 495 for 2 lines so I called and thought the bill was fixed but nope the bill is 616 and that’s after I called again ….come to find out the phone I was told was free with the promotion I’m paying for and I cannot afford it .The agents are not transparent when discussing details it’s horrible this is the worse phone company ever
