If I could give zero stars, I would

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I went to the Target located at 15555 E 14th St, San Leandro, CA 94578 to make a legitimate return, and it was not once but multiple times, the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location and by the same person.
The customer service employee, Jorge, denied my return solely because the items were purchased at another Target location. This wasn't the first time he has refused one of my legitimate returns. I had the original receipt, my purchases were valid, and there was absolutely no issue with fraud or stolen merchandise. I shop at Target more than 20 times a month and regularly make purchases at different Target stores because that's one of the conveniences of shopping with a national retailer. Refusing a return simply because it came from another Target location makes no sense.
What made the experience even more unacceptable was Jorge's attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping customers was an inconvenience. He didn't properly inspect my items or review my receipt. He took one quick glance and immediately denied the return without making any genuine effort to assist or explain the decision. It felt like he had already made up his mind before even looking at my return.
This is completely unacceptable customer service. If this is how Target expects its customer service representatives to treat loyal customers, then the company seriously needs to reevaluate its standards. I spend thousands of dollars at Target every year and expect to be treated with basic respect and to have company policies applied consistently across all stores.
I am requesting that Target management investigate this incident, review whether the return was handled according to company policy, and address the unprofessional conduct I experienced. No customer should be treated this way when making a legitimate return with a valid receipt.
