I went to KFC located on 235 Erie Blvd In Rome NY 13440 on 14 May 2026. I ordered a original chicken bowl combo not spicy , I tried to order an original chicken bowl on mac and cheese but was told “that is ONLY thru online!” I thought rude but ordered another original chicken bowl combo not spicy. I also ordered a 2 pc WHITE extra crispy, mashed potatoes with the gravy on the side. When I was asked for the drinks i asked for 1 Mtn Dew, 1 Starry and a Root beer. I was then told “We are out of root beer, pick something else” so I asked if they had sweet tea. He told me they only had the raspberry tea and not the regular sweet tea. So i ordered a Mtn Dew. When I got home, both of the chicken bowls were covered in Nashville hot sauce and not only did I not get the mashed potatoes, but i had ORIGINAL DARK chicken. Now I don't eat the dark meat as it doesn't settle with my stomach. I asked for extra crispy because i like to use the gravy on the skin while i eat the shite meat. This is unacceptable. I understand that this specific store is needing a crew leader, asst manager and general manager, but when i was Asst GM for Popeye's in FL this would NOT have happened. I have gone into this store and actually had to put the nozzles on the soda fountain because it was not done and it was 3pm! Someone needs to go into this store and do some serious restructuring of the employees, rudeness and all this goofing around is uncalled for! I would be writing people up so fast it would make their head spin!! There is no reason to be taking a drink from a soda while taking money from a customer at drive thru, I would have written him up so fast as well, not to mention they hardly wear name tags nor give you your receipt. I did try calling several times but either was hung up on, no answer or got the fax machine
