I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Oswego, NY this evening and ordered the $20

I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Oswego, NY this evening and ordered the $20.00 8 piece Build a Bucket as advertised on-line. It’s advertised as ; 8 pieces of chicken, 4 sides and 4 Biscuits. However they charged me $31.99 and when I got home I found that they it only had 8 pieces of Chicken and 2 sides. The pricing on their board also states $31.99 which I paid. This is either a large oversight or a case of blatant False Advertising taking advantage of customers! I paid the $31.99 and received only what I stated above due to needing to bring home the items for dinner. My question is, does the KFC corporation either reimburse me the difference, provide a Gift Certificate or should I file a complaint with the BBB? Order #4713 Date: 2026-04-22 Paid: $34.55
