I wanted to complain about drive up yesterday at my local store

I wanted to complain about drive up yesterday at my local store. I know it's a busy time of year and expected to wait, but it was over an hour. But that's not the issue. After waiting so long people who got there after me were getting their items and I didn't. When going up to a worker to ask where my items were they didn't know and finally someone came out and said after an hour wait our info goes missing so they don't know what spot we are in. I don't know if this was an excuse or true but you should be served in order of arrival. I saw someone get there stuff in 20 minutes when I was there for 70 minutes. It took me to get out if my car twice to ask where my stuff was to get my items.
