I’ve been trying to reach kfc of Mountain city tn since Saturday night and keep getting nowhere

I’ve been trying to reach kfc of Mountain city tn since Saturday night and keep getting nowhere. I have serious concerns after seeing a manger vaping/smoking with underage kids on Saturday 5/2/26! I don’t have my phone to get a pic or I would be contacting local law enforcement. This was at kfc Mountain City TN I didn’t catch the managers name but she had a black face mask on she was a little tall and skinny, she was smoking vaping outside with a teenager who is 16. As a mother to a teenager the same age this is beyond unprofessional and should not be acceptable in any way!
