I tried calling and no one answered the phone! I called back 3 times, even trying different departments just to try to get a hold of someone, but the phone would just ring! When I finally got a hold of a human, she said they were extremely busy and no one had been able to get to the phone. I never call Target but had to this time as I had an urgent question. Thing is, I don’t blame the staff. I blame corporate!! They understaff so that they suits can get better paychecks! Target corp DOES NOT CARE! BTW, it took about 20 minutes of calling and hitting buttons, before I was able to talk to someone. Ridiculous!!!
