I request for refund of 79

I request for refund of 79.99 Euros for an undelivered product. IProduct order No. 6889762 "PDC Touch 150 games" with tracking number: 9V25922009948. Under order number [1188663624], dated 2015 for an amount of [79.99 €], which to this day has still not been delivered or refunded. It was sent to me via Colissimo with receipt No. 93310096508 through the distributor Kiala de Greuze Villeurbanne, Lyon France who could not find my package when I went there. Therefore, the undelivered product was automatically returned to the Toys 'R' Us warehouse. Then, Toys 'R' Us confirmed the return of this product and informed me that my LCL bank account had been credited for order 1188663624 in March 2019, whereas this account was closed by LCL bank at the end of 2018. This means that: I did not receive any amount of 79.99 Euros in this account and I did not receive the item in question. Ultimately, Toys 'R' Us owes me the sum of 79.99 Euros for this item that I did not receive and which was not refunded to me either on my gift card or in my account.
