I placed order for the FIFA LEGO World Cup not cheap at all over $200

I placed order for the FIFA LEGO World Cup not cheap at all over $200. It was delivered but item nowhere to be found. Have been talking to target csr, first the rep is very difficult to understand gets frustrated at me for his thick accent (Taiwanis/asian) not sure then hangs up on me! Have been emailing back and forth With basically telling me to bad so sad they have a picture of item delivered (not my door) but because its a high priced item they had to investigate ok 5-7 days to hear back not even 12 hrs later their response is the picture shows delivered so nothing they can do! Like really I shop at Target and spend way too much for them to be okay loosing a loyal client for $200. Do better it’s called signature required! That is proof. Seen so many that the package “delivered” snap a picture then package taken by driver. Explain this to me @target
