I ordered online

I ordered online. The order was delayed, close to midnight when it was delivered. A picture of my residence was taken as the driver was passing by. Not the package at the residence. I went to retrieve the package, nothing. I looked and asked around the next day. I called 2 days later as instructed on their fix it page. I was told nothing could be done because the driver marked it as delivered. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the same thing. It's not about the money anymore. It's about the level of service. As I was explaining to the manager that this picture would not hold up in court because there is no evidence of delivery of the package, she hung up on me. So rude. They need to train all drivers to take a picture of the item at the residence, not a picture from their car of only the residence.
