I ordered a baby registry box, which had been out of stock for a while

I ordered a baby registry box, which had been out of stock for a while. Finally it shipped but when i received it, the shipping box was opened and taped over with clear tape, and my baby registry box and some baby clothes i ordered were not in the shipping box. I complained to target but they REFUSED to send me a replacement box and or issue me a coupon for another box. What a scam company. I will stop purchasing fron target from now on.
