I made an inperson purchase at a self checkout due to there not being an available cashier

I made an inperson purchase at a self checkout due to there not being an available cashier. An item in my purchase was mistagged and multiple associates came up to me at once and formed a semi cirlce around me and rudely accused me of "scanning it wrong". When I expressed that this was rude to imply they didnt acknowledge me speaking and told me I could do a return and they can rering it up. I then tried to make a complaint with an agent and received no resolution or concern for my situation.
