I made a reservation through booking.com at red roof inn in Carrollton KY for a funeral the night I checked in the guy at the front desk said there was no hot water that they was working on it and I told him that was fine as long as it'd be fixed first thing the next morning it wasn't and I missed my uncle's funeral I live on a fixed income and I didn't know what else to do so I checked out the next morning and booking.com did not get with the manager until 3 days later to get a refund I slept in my car for two nights until someone could send me money for gas to come home the last day I was there I went to Red roof inn and he only argued with me that he's going to give me a refund for two nights I feel like I should get a full refund for three nights plus more because I missed my uncle's funeral and slept in my car for 2 days and didn't eat
