I made a purchase through Best Buy and immediately after checkout was taken to a page offering “cash back” that required entering my card again. This resulted in an unexpected charge. Whether this was a third-party partner or not, it appeared to be part of your checkout experience. This is misleading and unsafe for customers. You should not be allowing pages like this to appear directly after payment. I expect this to be addressed and want clarification on how you’re protecting customers from this.
