I loved US Cellular

I loved US Cellular. Now I am forced to be with T-Mobile. I heard that the transition is seamless. MY ASS! They sent me a time sensitive email to set up a T-Mobile account. I was not aware it was time sensitive. Went in to transition and the email had already timed out. I had to call. Customer service asked if I put in my fein number. I AM NOT A BUSINESS! So this is their first screw up. Customer service couldn't help me. I had to go to the Store. They couldn't help me. I had to go home and get my last bill from US Cellular. We couldn't get the app loaded to my phone. I had to shut down all of my security, plus the wireless. Use data to get the damn app on my phone. Go in to the app today. It just spins. Login on a computer. My account states Failed to load Bulk Validation Status. Called again today. BTW, it takes them at least 20 minutes to answer the damn phone. Never had an issue with US Cellular. She tells me that I have to wait a week to get this loaded. For crap's sake. Really?!! We will see. I had been with US Cellular since 1991. Yes, I had a bag phone. Now I don't know who to turn to because all the rest are just as bad. I can guarantee I will be going back to the store because it won't get loaded in a week either. What a piece of crap company.
