I initially scheduled a pizza delivery for 5:30pm, then rescheduled for 5:45pm

I initially scheduled a pizza delivery for 5:30pm, then rescheduled for 5:45pm. Now, nearly 6pm, the order tracker indicates it has just arrived. I am concerned it may be quite late by the time it reaches my house. This situation is unsatisfactory. I would though that you have a system to remind your employees that it needs to go in the oven to hit the schedule time.
