I have a couple rudeness from a store manger name Norma Pacheco

I have a couple rudeness from a store manger name Norma Pacheco. She approached me me very short and rude. Came in a safeway 1298 to order a couple things for father's day and talk to an employee about stuff and pretty told me to go. So went finish shopping and more thought about i almost got ready ask for refund for my stuff but I didn't. The next day came back and ask for refund for the 4 cantaloupe that I bought which they were so hard an tasteless for the gathering. She had the attitude still as the other day. She refund me one and I told her all 4 was the same and she didn't believe me so she you telling all 4 was bad and told her yes so give ticket back refund me the money. She say anything to me and walk away after the refund. I know alot people there and if wasn't for that I would never shop there again.
