I can't believe how rude Google reps are becoming

I can't believe how rude Google reps are becoming. I've been seeing more emails from Google Ads accounts where the Google Ads reps are saying things like... "Now the deal is, I have been trying to get in touch with you for the past 3 months minimum and honestly, I am exhausted now." To say you are exhausted likely sending automated emails is manipulative to say the least. Or they say things like... "Could you please acknowledge in either scenarios and get me out of my misery." Is this really what Google is doing or are they using AI to write their emails now. It's kinda wild how a trillion dollar company is resorting to being rude.
