I came through drive through on Friday August 21 around 4:30 pm and the lady who handed me my drink had a very bad attitude and I asked to speak to the manager on duty and they got her to come to the window and I told my experience with said associate. We spoke about and she assured me it would be handled promptly and I asked the manager on her name and was told the manager name is Tonya and she very polite and professional with me !
