I am extremely disappointed with my recent Little Caesars order

I am extremely disappointed with my recent Little Caesars order. While eating my pizza, I discovered a hard piece of plastic baked into the dough. This is a serious food safety concern that could have caused injury. I expect an explanation, refund, and assurance this will not happen again ever.
