I am a shipt shopper and I’m very efficient and very fast. I had an experience yesterday where I went to the self checkout — not the shipt check out station— and asked an employee if she could perform the shipt audit because she wasn’t doing anything. All target employees have the zebra devices and have the shipt app functionability. She stared and me and said she couldn’t do it. Any other employee is usually happy to help any of us, but this particular employee (Fran) has repeatedly never gone above or beyond. Today I got talked to by the manager of security (Rich) saying that I am rude to employees and told me in these exact words, “Fran doesn’t have to go above and beyond for you— you’re just shipt.” I was so taken back. Does being a shipt shopper discredit me from being a customer? What a disgrace.
