Hi my name is Mario Scott I've been trying to reach Little Caesars since last week Saturday every time they put me on hold it's for at least 2 hours I even called today just a little while ago in the operator put me on hold again I told her what's happening what happened my daughter got sick off your pizza I ordered two of them for my daughter and her friends my daughter been down into the pizza ate a piece and put a strand of hair out of her mouth and threw up everywhere nobody got to eat we didn't want our money back we just wanted the pieces made over and they will not answer I've been trying to call since Saturday the operator always switches over then they just hung up on me tonight they're on Broadway Street and King City California 93930 store and I just want to see what we can do about this cuz I'm really upset I'm disabled I can't walk up to the store or I would but it's hard to get up there I just want to resolve this I would really love it if they can make our pieces over and start answering their phones or when persons get switched and on hold make sure to come back and answer the person bad customer service
