Hello, I was not happy with my experience at the KFC on Bell Road

Hello, I was not happy with my experience at the KFC on Bell Road. The wait was long. It’s 7:00 pm. I just ordered a mash potato bowl. If they make people wait they should have them pull up and park. I’m not sure what is going on. I used to work at KFC and I was not allowed to have people in the drive through wait like this. We were timed and I wone awards for getting people through fast. I sat there for 15 min or more. I’m not sure why things are working like this. Someone should look into this
